- Install Qcom USB Drivers

• Unzip USB Driver.zip
• Open Qcom USB Driver.exe via "Run as administrator"
• Choose WWAN-DHCP and Click Next
• Click Next
• then Choose I accept and Click Next
• then Install
• Wait
• Now Click Finish
  

- Install ROM

• Unzip Qcom DLoader.zip
• Open QcomDLoader.exe via "Run as administrator"
• Click on Load button
• Select the folder in which you unzipped the firmware and click OK
• Now click on settings button
• Make sure this settings
  

Type : PHONE

Download Mode : Upgrade

Chipset : 8929

eMMC Programmer : prog_emmc_firehose_8929.mbn

Raw Program : rawprogram_unsparse.xml

Patch0 : patch0.xml

• Then Click OK
• Now Click on Start / Play button
• Turn off the phone and hold volume up button with volume down button and Connect the Phone with the USB cable while pressing the buttons
• Wait until 100% completion
  
• Disconnect phone and switch it on. It will take some minutes, just be patient
