If you're wondering what an .asc or an OSINFO.txt file are, they aren't important. The .7z/zip file is the actual autoloader.
But really, the OSINFO file is the hashes (SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512, MD5) of each archive file, and the .asc files are detached PGP signatures (0xA6CCCDEA29795048, by the way).
