• Power on the device.
• Select your wifi, enter password and connect your WIFI.
• Goto emergency click on EMERGENCY INFORMATION
• Click on the pencil icon
• Add a contact (make sure you insert a sim that has contacts)
• Open to view that contact then options>share>message
• In message, choose 911 as recipient number... and click the call icon
• next dial this code *#*#4636#*#* to open up a hidden menu
• CLICK on usage stats...then click the back arrow at the top left and viola you are in settings! 
• now GOTO Storage>Click on your memory card

• Insert OTG USB having the Apk files you downloaded.

•  Download sidebar or quickshortcut to access the files

•  Install the (dsmedia24)8.0 Android first. followed by (dsmedia24)loggin fix

• then launch the (dsmedia24)loggin fix  apk and open it
•  
• Click on the three dots on the top right corner>select sign in> Sign in your account>
•  
• reboot
•  
• congrats your phone is unlocked!!
