NOKIA 7 Plus TA-1046 Stuck on download mode after security update

Got a notification saying an update is ready to install.and after the update device gone to boot loop.and after 3 or 4 restart got a window saying try again or hard reset.then I press try again.and the phone gone to download mode.nothing can be done now.tried different key combinations.nothing works.

Download https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-windows.zip

Extract to a folder. Open that folder, hold down shift on your keyboard, right click inside the folder and go to "Open powershell window here"

 Type the command below whilst the phone is connected to your PC with a USB cable

 

Fastboot the following commands to phone :

fastboot --set-active
fastboot reboot
or
fastboot reboot recovery

 If phone goes to recovery mode, perform a factory reset all done.
